• Polyethylene Glycol Diacrylate (PEGDA, EO≈4)
• Difunctional acrylate monomer with short ethylene oxide chain
• Low viscosity reactive diluent with excellent processability
• Fast UV cure response due to relatively high functional group concentration
• Provides higher crosslink density than PEGDA-400, PEGDA-600, and PEGDA-1000
• Improves hardness, tensile strength, and chemical resistance of cured films
• Maintains flexibility compared with conventional low molecular weight diacrylates
• Moderate hydrophilicity and good compatibility with polar formulations
• Good adhesion to plastics, glass, and metal substrates
• Low curing shrinkage and reduced internal stress
• Excellent compatibility with urethane acrylates, epoxy acrylates, and polyester acrylates
• Suitable for UV coatings, adhesives, inks, optical materials, and 3D printing resins
• Liquid at room temperature with easy handling characteristics
• Good balance between flexibility and mechanical strength
• Higher hardness and modulus than PEGDA-400, PEGDA-600, and PEGDA-1000 grades
• Lower water absorption than higher-EO PEGDA grades
• Suitable for formulations requiring improved durability without excessive brittleness
• Useful as a reactive diluent for lowering viscosity while maintaining cured-film performance
• Offers an intermediate performance profile between low molecular weight diacrylates and high-EO flexible PEGDA grades.
