• Difunctional acrylate monomer with medium EO chain length
• Excellent balance of flexibility, toughness, and cure speed
• Moderate hydrophilicity and good water compatibility
• Lower viscosity than PEGDA-600 and PEGDA-1000 for easier formulation
• Improves flexibility and elongation of UV-cured films
• Reduces curing shrinkage and internal stress
• Enhances adhesion to plastics, glass, metals, and polar substrates
• Good compatibility with urethane acrylates, epoxy acrylates, and polyester acrylates
• Provides higher crosslink density and hardness than PEGDA-600 and PEGDA-1000
• Good flow and wetting characteristics
• Improves impact resistance and crack resistance
• Suitable reactive diluent for UV coatings, adhesives, inks, and 3D printing resins
• Liquid at room temperature with good handling properties
• Moderate refractive index (1.466) and excellent optical clarity
• Offers a balance between mechanical strength and flexibility
• Lower water uptake and higher hardness than higher-EO PEGDA grades
• Suitable for flexible coatings, pressure-sensitive adhesives, optical materials, and general-purpose UV-curable formulations
• Positioned between PEGDA-400 and PEGDA-600 in flexibility and cured-film softness, while maintaining good processability and cure response.
